Redeem, Restore & Repurpose
The 3R ReStore is an arm of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Saskatoon Inc., a registered (Reg No. 859733602 RR 0001) faith-based charitable organization. We have been impacting the community and its environment since 2004. Our primary focus is on the low-income at-risk members of the community with services that meet the social, economic, and spiritual needs.
This vision sprung from an acorn seed planted by the community outreach department. Every summer, church and community members donate lightly used household items which are displayed in a kiosk in front of the church, open to all for taking anything of use to them for free. The benefit to and support from the community has been immense in the number of stories and testimonies that we have received. This program has assisted in provision of decent household items for working, low-income families and newcomers to our province/community.
The church has acquired a 5, 200 sqft building in the Sutherland Industrial area of the city as part of the drive to expand this vision to reach more. When you donate items, you are helping us achieve the mission of “touching lives and making a difference”. More importantly, each time you shop at 3R restore, your purchase is a donation! Your donated items are also helping to build families and individuals not only in this community but communities as far as Africa.
You are also helping the environment by enabling 3R ReStore to Redeem, Restore and Repurpose perfectly re-usable household items and provide them with a second home, reducing your environmental footprint!
To mobilize resources through a network of volunteers, individual and corporate partners to collect and repurpose fairly/lightly used and functional household and other items heading for landfill or other waste into vehicle for building/rebuilding the life of families and individuals in our immediate community and around the world.
Touching lives and making a difference.
