FOREWORD FOR THE WEEK: 11 APRIL 2021

RECAP – THE GOD OF ALL POSSIBILITIES (PART 2)

THE GOD OF ALL POSSIBILITIES – 2

Our theme this month focuses on a fundamental attribute of God.  He is the God of all possibilities, and nothing is impossible with him. Those who know and understand this will be strong and cannot be intimidated by the devil or challenges of life. They are certain that they will overcome. Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah: “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is anything too difficult for Me? (Jer. 32:26-27). Jeremiah knew the God he served and had an answer ready even before he got that question.

Jer 32:17: Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee

The Almighty God can do all things. The blast of his nostril parted the red sea. He spoke the dead heard his voice, and came out of the grave. When He spoke, the deaf heard his voice. At his command, the cripple walked. With God, there is no incurable disease. Things that are not possible with man become possible when the man partners with this God of all possibilities. He only needs to speak, and mountains (both physical and spiritual) will move (Psalm 29).  A man born blind came His way in John 9. Until this time, nobody born blind had ever gained his sight. When Jesus, the God of all possibilities, stepped in, he became “an amazement.”

John 9:8-10: His neighbors and others who knew him as a blind beggar asked each other, “Isn’t this the man who used to sit and beg?” Some said he was, and others said, “No, he just looks like him!” But the beggar kept saying, “Yes, I am the same one!” They asked, “Who healed you? What happened?”

Brethren, what is that issue of life you wrestle with? It may be beyond your power or that of a mortal man; it is not beyond the power of the Almighty God. He only needs to speak a word into your situation, and you will sing a new song.
